Medalion Our Rockets
by Don Irving Home Page Link Prev Page Link FTP Lib Link

Our family has built about fifteen rockets so far, although some of them have worn out, crashed, or burned up. Fifteen rockets may sound like a lot, but we are really beginners in the rocketry hobby. Ironically, we spend a lot more time composing Web pages about rocketry than building and launching rockets.

These are the rockets in our present inventory. The left-most three are tiny rockets we launch at the BayNAR events here in San Jose. The next four are larger rockets that we launch at the LUNAR events at Livermore. We also launched the Mustang and Initiator at Black Rock last year, but they were pretty small compared to most of the rockets out there. The one at the far right is our first high power rocket under construction. We will launch it at Black Rock next Summer.
